Current shipping time is longer than usual.

-Flat Shipping (Without Tracking Number) is under 350g

Q What are your shipping rates?

A  Free shipping over $150.

U.S.A rates are calculated at checkout. 

Q Where are your products manufactured?

A  All of our products are Made in Japan. No knock-offs.

Q Is local pickup available?

A  Yes local pickup is an option in the Edmonton area. 

Q What is your return policy? 

A  Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
