Q What are your shipping rates?

A Up to 500g and Less than 2cm width, can ship with Letter Mail without Tracking Number.

All of the Shipping fees are based on Canada Post and we do not make any profit with shipping fee. 

Available Shipping Options :

Flat Rate Box - Up to 5kg, Only available in Canada 

Sizes are, Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large 

Prices are between $16.99 + Tax - $32.99 + Tax 

Regular Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority 

These will be calculated at the checkout. 

Q Local delivery available?

A Local delivery will be available in Edmonton and surrounding areas, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert and Sherwood Park.

Q Where are your products manufactured?

A  All of our products are Made in Japan. No knock-offs.

Q Is local pickup available?

A  Local pickup will be in Southwest Edmonton. 

We will send you additional email once we received the order and ready for the pickup. 

Q What is your return policy? 

A  Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
